Workshops from £750
New clients typically start by booking an initial low cost workshop to help them map out and explore the problems and challenges they face before they jump into hiring a fractional business advisor.
This approach is two-fold:
It allows you to try-before-you-buy, get actionable insights in to your business straight away and can act as a discovery tool to identify what really needs doing in the business
It allows us to showcase our expertise across a broad range of subjects, and demonstrate how we would work with long-term, without any pressure.
Whilst each workshop is bespoke in composition, we use tried and tested methods and frameworks to get the best out of you in the shortest amount of time possible, so we maximise the output you get and ensure a return on the money you invest in the session.
